NorthStar Bets Loyalty Points Program Terms

Effective Date: June 10, 2025

NorthStar Bets ("NorthStar", "we" or "us") Loyalty Program operates under the terms and conditions as set out below unless otherwise expressly stated (the "Loyalty Terms"). The Loyalty Terms are also subject to NorthStar's General Terms and Conditions.

By participating in NorthStar's Loyalty Program you agree and accept these Loyalty Terms. All interpretations of these Loyalty Terms are at NorthStar's sole discretion, and NorthStar's decisions will be final. NorthStar Bets rewards all its players with Loyalty Points that can later be converted into real cash or bonuses.

Here's how it works:

  • Each time that you place a cash bet in the Casino you earn Loyalty Points.
  • For example, if you make a $10 slot bet you earn one (1) point.

CHECKING YOUR LOYALTY POINTS AND CONVERTING YOUR POINTS

  • Go to My Account.
  • There you can see how many points you have.
  • If you wish to convert the points you have multiple options:


    Bonus Conversion Options:

    • 10 x $0.10 Free Spins in exchange for 100 points
    • 1 x $1 Golden Chip in exchange for 100 points
    • 1 x $10 Free Bet in exchange for 1,000 points

    Cash Conversion Option (Only valid until July 9, 2025):

    • $1 Cash in exchange for 100 points
  • Please note that from July 10, 2025, the Cash conversion option will no longer be available.

The conversion options listed above are subject to their own terms and conditions of use which will be disclosed to you at the time of redemption.

WHAT ARE THE PARTICULARS?

  • All registered players earn points on cash Casino bets as set out in the table below.
  • Points are automatically credited to the Loyalty Points section of your account.
  • Points will expire due to account inactivity (i.e. no points have been earned or redeemed) for a period of 6 consecutive months. We will send you a notice 30 days before point expiry advising you that your points are about to expire.
  • If returning from a self-exclusion or timeout, your points will remain intact but then will expire if you have a subsequent period of inactivity (i.e. no points have been earned or redeemed) for a period of 6 consecutive months (180 days).

Points are earned as follows:

LOYALTY PROGRAM PHASES

Phase 1: Daily from Sept. 1, 2022 until June 9, 2025. From June 10, 2025 to July 9, 2025 the promotion will include the choice between Cash or Bonus conversion options.

Phase 2: From July 10, 2025 until further notice the promotion will include only Bonus conversion options.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

  • Players earn points for on-site cash bets as set out in the table above.
  • Points are not earned when working towards bonus wagering requirements.
  • $10 cash on Slots = 1 point. The minimum amount of accumulated Loyalty Points for conversion is 100 points.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY LOYALTY POINTS?

  • Go to My Account and navigate to Loyalty Points.
  • You can redeem your entire points balance, rounded down to the nearest 100.
  • For example, if you have 1,589 points and choose to redeem them your account will be credited with $15 and the 89 remaining points remain in your points balance.
  • Similarly, should you choose to redeem your points for bonuses you would receive 15 x the bonus of your choice, and be left with 89 points in your points balance.

BONUS CONDITIONS

Bonus Spins

  • Bonus Spins, including winnings, can only be used and wagered on:
    • Buffalo Blitz II
    • Leprechauns Luck: Cash Collect
    • Sahara Riches: Cash Collect
  • Bonus Spins are offered via a pop-up. They can be accepted or declined.
  • Players have 72 hours to accept the Bonus Spins before they are removed from accounts.
  • Once accepted, the Bonus Spins are available for seven (7) days.
  • All winnings earned from Bonus Spins must be wagered through 20 times to be released as withdrawable cash.
  • Players can see their wagering progress when logged in under Bonuses — Bonus History
  • Players may cancel the bonus, including any bonus winnings, by navigating to Casino Bonus History in My account.
  • Any remaining bonus balance, including any pending winnings, will be forfeited upon cash withdrawal

Golden Chips

  • Golden Chips are valid for all table and live dealer games.
  • Golden Chips are offered via a pop-up. They can be accepted or declined.
  • Players have 72 hours to accept the Golden Chips before they are removed from accounts.
  • Once accepted the Golden Chips are available for seven (7) days.
  • All Golden Chips are subject to 20 times wagering requirements.
  • Players can see their wagering progress when logged in under Bonuses — Bonus History.
  • Please note that different game categories have varying contributions to the bonus wagering requirements. Players can fulfil the wagering requirements to convert their promotional balance to cash as follows:

  • The Golden Chips are not playable on any Baccarat games and the Casino games outlined here.
  • Players may cancel the bonus, including any bonus winnings, by navigating to Casino Bonus History in My account.
  • Any remaining bonus balance, including any pending winnings, will be forfeited upon cash withdrawal.

Free Bet

  • The Bonus Bet can be used on pre- or in-game wagers.
  • The Bonus Bet expires seven (7) days after it's credited.
  • The Bonus Bet can be found in My Sport Offers when logged in.
  • The Bonus Bet can only be used in the Sportsbook and not in combination with cash.
  • Customer bet limits also apply, which means if you have been restricted due to a trading decision you may not be able to stake the full value of the Bonus Bet.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

NorthStar Bets reserves the right to terminate a person's loyalty account or exclude any player from this promotion should NorthStar determine, in its sole discretion, that a player:

  • attempted to abuse the Program, or breach these Loyalty Terms or the General Terms and Conditions;
  • participated in abuse, manipulation or "gaming" of the Program or its rules (as determined by NorthStar) including multiple redemptions of points by the same individual via different accounts, failure to follow any terms of the Program, including, but not limited to the eligibility requirements; or
  • Acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.

Any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of NorthStar not otherwise protected by law may subject Program members to revocation or deduction of points obtained through these abusive or manipulative activities and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. Points are non-transferable and eligible wagers must be made by the player. If your membership in the Program is revoked or otherwise cancelled, any points in your account will automatically expire.

Except as otherwise expressly prohibited or limited by applicable laws, Northstar may at any time amend, modify or supplement these Loyalty Terms, the structure for earning points and converting points (as defined below), with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points.

  1. What's changing in the Loyalty Points Program?

    Starting June 10, 2025, we'll be introducing updates to the Loyalty Points Program—designed to give you more value and flexibility when it comes to redeeming your points.

    • From June 10 – July 9, 2025: You'll be able to redeem your Loyalty Points for either Cash or Bonus rewards.
    • As of July 10, 2025: cash redemptions will no longer be available—but you'll still be able to redeem your points for exciting bonus rewards like Bonus Spins, Sports Bonus Bets, and Golden Chips.
  2. Why will the cash redemption option no longer be available?

    This change is part of our efforts to enhance the bonus rewards experience and provide a wider variety of bonus rewards tailored to your gameplay.

  3. What bonus options will be available as of July 10?

    Bonus rewards include:

  4. What happens to my existing points?

    Your points remain valid and can be used at any time, as long as your account remains active. However, if your account is inactive for 6 months (no earning or redeeming of points), your points will expire.

  5. Will I be notified before my points expire?

    Yes. We will send you a reminder 30 days before your points are due to expire, giving you the opportunity to take action and retain your points.

  6. What counts as "activity" to prevent points from expiring?

    Either earning new points through real-money Casino bets or redeeming your existing points will reset the 6-month inactivity timer.

  7. I was on a self-exclusion or timeout—what happens to my points?

    If returning from a self-exclusion or timeout, your points will remain intact but then will expire if you have a subsequent period of inactivity (i.e. no points have been earned or redeemed) for a period of 6 consecutive months.

  8. Where can I check my Loyalty Points balance?

    Simply log in and go to My Account > Loyalty Points to view your current balance and available redemption options.

  9. How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?

    Visit My Account > Loyalty Points, select your preferred reward type, and choose how many points you want to redeem (minimum redemption: 100 points).

  10. Can I redeem part of my balance?

    Yes, redemptions are done in set increments:

    • Bonus Spins and Golden Chips can be redeemed in blocks of 100 points.
    • Sports Bonus Bets are redeemed in blocks of 1,000 points.

    For example, if you have 1,589 points, you can choose to redeem 1000 points for 100 $0.10 Bonus Spins and still have 589 points remaining.

  11. Can I transfer points to another account?

    No. Loyalty Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that earned them.
