This Term Sheet applies to the June 26, 2025 Era of the 1000s promotion.

HOW TO PLAY

1. Place your bet: Play at least one real money spin of any amount on any participating game.
2. How to win: Prizes are awarded randomly on any spin played with a Qualifying Bet. Each Qualifying Bet can trigger only one random prize at a time.
3. What to win: You can win up to 10,000x your bet or 10 free spins. Max payout bet: $1.60.

GENERAL T&CS

• The Era of the 1000s Prize Drop runs from June 26, 2025 4:01 a.m. ET until June 29, 2025 at 5:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotional Term”). This is a network promotion operated by Pragmatic Play and prize pools are shared across different operators.
• To take part in the Era of the 1000s Prize Drop, you are required to join or opt in through any of the participating games. The participating games list includes all Pragmatic Play’s 1000 games series titles (each a “Participating Game”).
• By opting in for the Era of the 1000s Prize Drop, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• To qualify for a prize, you must play real-money spins on any Participating Game with any bet stake (“Qualifying Bet”).
• You can win a maximum of two (2) prizes during the Era of the 1000s Prize Drop.
• Prize drops are randomly triggered on any Qualifying Bet, with only one (1) prize awarded at a time.
• Prizes are awarded as predetermined multipliers of your winning bet stake (X multiplier received multiplied by (X) bet stake, where the bet stake cannot exceed $1.60 for prize payout), or Free Spins (as defined herein). All prizes are detailed and displayed within the "Prizes" section of the promotional menu available in-game.
• Free Spins prizes ("Free Spins") are awarded as ten (10) free spins in the same game where the prize was won, at the same bet stake used to win the prize. If the bet stake exceeds the $1.60 value, the Free Spins will be awarded at the $1.60 value (or the next higher available bet stake). Free Spins must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the time you receive them.
• Winnings from the Era of the 1000s Prize Drop are credited as cash amounts (in player’s local currency) without any wagering requirements.
• If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (Bonus/Free Spins) in any participating game (“Bonus Buy”), your prize will be awarded before you enter the Bonus/Free Spins feature mode on the $1.60 value. The Bonus Buy will be applicable only to permitted jurisdictions.
• If you place a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet (“Ante Bet”) your prize will be awarded on the same bet level or the $1.60 value, if the bet stake exceeds the maximum amount. The Ante Bet will be applicable only to permitted jurisdictions.
• You can track your wins, other players’ wins, and the remaining number of prizes in real-time within the promotional interface of each participating game.

GENERAL T&CS

• There is no additional cost required to participate.
• Any cash prizes won have no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.
• The advertised currency conversion rate is determined solely by Pragmatic Play and is calculated using a Euro (€) currency multiplier applied to the player’s local currency.
• The list of participating games can be found in the Promotions section of the Pragmatic Play lobby, as well as in the promotional or any other dedicated category on the platform.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Era of the 1000s Prize Drop, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players' activities to detect any potential abuse. Should such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behavior, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and restrict the player's participation in future promotions. Furthermore, Pragmatic Play and the platform owner where the player is registered may take legal action to uphold the fairness of the promotion for all participants.
