TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Term Sheet applies to the 2025 Valentine’s Day ELITE Slots Tournament.

WHAT ARE THE KEY DATES AND TIMES?

The tournament runs daily from 12:00 a.m. ET to 11:59 p.m. ET from Feb. 14, 2025 until Feb. 17, 2025.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

In addition to the eligibility requirements outlined here, you must also be a new or existing NorthStar Bets customer.

THE PARTICULARS

• Register via the leaderboard page and play at least one of the eligible games to participate.
• Players must register to the each of daily leaderboards to earn points.
• Players must have a minimum of 10 points to be eligible for a prize.
• All participating games are listed on the leaderboard page.
• Points will be awarded based on a 100x multiplier of the win-to-bet ratio for individual spins. For example:
  • A $2 bet and wins $100
  • The win-to-bet ratio is 50
  • Player wins 5,000 points based on a 50 x 100 formula
• Only cash bets of $2 or more on the participating slots earn points.
• Players are ranked from highest to lowest based on points earned.
• The Top 15 players will be eligible for prizes.
• Prizes will be offered via a pop-up at the end of each day during the promotion.

Daily Prize Breakdown

• The Bonus Spin Prizes, including winnings, can only be used and wagered on:
  • Age of the Gods
  • Age of the Gods Apollo Power
  • Age of the Gods Furious Four
  • Age of the Gods: Cash Collect
  • Age of the Gods: God of Storms
  • Age of the Gods: God of Storms 2
  • Age of the Gods God of Storms 3
  • Age of the Gods: King of Olympus
  • Age of the Gods: King of Olympus Megaways
  • Age of the Gods: King of Olympus Fire Blaze Xtreme
• Players have 72 hours to accept the Bonus Spins before they are removed from accounts.
• Once accepted, the Bonus Spins will expire in seven (7) days if not used.
• All winnings earned from the Bonus Spins must be wagered through 20 times to be released as withdrawable cash.
• All remaining Bonus Spins and pending winnings will be forfeited upon cash withdrawal.
• When placing wagers, the cash balance will be drawn down first followed by the bonus balance.
• Bonus Spins can be viewed in the Bonus History section of player accounts.
