This Term Sheet applies to the 2025 $30K Canadian Spin-Off.

OVERVIEW

Opted-in players score daily tournament points for qualified winning spins. Daily leaders win cash or Casino Bonus prizes and the Top 3 overall leaders win cash prizes up to $3,000.

Daily standings can be tracked on real-time leaderboards. The overall leaderboard is updated each Monday.

WHEN IS THE TOURNAMENT RUNNING?

• The daily tournaments run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for four weeks beginning June 27, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending July 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
• The overall leaderboard tracks total points scored in all the daily tournaments.

WHO’S ELIGIBLE TO PLAY?

In addition to the usual promotional Terms and Conditions found here, players must be new or existing NorthStar Bets customers who can see the tournament on the casino promotions page.

THE PARTICULARS

• Players must opt in to each daily leaderboard to participate.
• Qualifying spins must include a minimum cash wager of $2.
• One (1) qualifying spin may allow a player to score leaderboard points.
• Daily leaderboards are updated in real-time.
• The overall leaderboard is updated each Monday by 3:00 p.m. ET.
• The more points a player scores, the higher their position on the leaderboards.
• If two (2) or more players finish tied on a leaderboard, the player who achieved their points total first will receive the higher prize.
• Points are awarded based on a 100x multiplier of the win-to-bet ratio on individual spins. For example:
  • A $4 bet wins $200
  • The win-to-bet ratio is 50
  • Player scores 5,000 points based on a 50 x 100 formula
• 10 winners receive daily leaderboard prizes each day.
• Daily prizes are credited when the leaderboard ends.
• The three (3) players with the most combined daily leaderboard points will receive overall prizes.
• Overall prizes are credited within 24 hours of the promotion ending.
• Cash prizes need to be accepted within seven (7) days or they will expire.
• There are no wagering requirements for cash prizes.

Points can be scored on any game listed in the leaderboards.

CASINO BONUSES

• The Casino Bonuses are offered via a pop-up. They can be accepted or declined.
• Pre-wager bonuses are subject to 20 times wagering requirements.
• Players have 72 hours to accept the bonuses before they are removed from their accounts.
• Once accepted, the bonuses are available for seven (7) days.
• Players must fulfil the wagering requirements to convert their promotional balance to cash as follows:
