This Term Sheet applies to the Champions Clash Daily Tournaments Promotion.

OVERVIEW

Play Pragmatic Play’s Champions Clash Daily Tournaments for a chance to win a share of massive daily prize pools. Over seven days of competition, $240,000 will be awarded in cash prizes, including top daily prizes of $16,000. Points are earned from consecutive wins and multipliers, with leaderboard positions deciding your prize.

GREAT. WHEN’S THIS RUNNING?

The Champions Clash Daily Tournaments run every day from Sept. 11, 2025 at 4:01 a.m. ET until Sept. 17, 2025 at 5:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

• Daily Tournaments 1–3 award a total of $160,000 per day.
• Daily Tournaments 4–7 award a total of $80,000 per day.

WHO’S ELIGIBLE?

In addition to the eligibility requirements outlined here, you must be a NorthStar Bets customer.

HOW DO I GET IN ON THE ACTION?

• Launch any participating Pragmatic Play Super Scatter slot.
• Opt in to the promotion via the in-game widget.
• Place a real money spin of at least $0.32.
• If the $0.32 minimum is unavailable, the next higher bet size in the game will qualify.
• Only the first 2,000 qualifying bets per tournament count toward your score.
• No points are awarded before opt-in and points cannot be earned retroactively.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

• Consecutive wins: If your total win divided by your total bet is greater than one (win/total bet > 1), the round is considered an “In-Game Win”. Consecutive in-game wins received on the same participating game within the same “Champions Clash” Daily Tournament are counted as a streak (each a “Consecutive Winning Round”). Points for these consecutive winning rounds are awarded according to the following table:

Big Wins: A round is considered a “Big Win” when the win multiplier (win/bet) meets or exceeds the minimum multiplier threshold and falls within one of the predefined ranges. Points for Big Wins events are awarded according to the corresponding range in the table below:

Combined Wins: If your spin results in both an In-game Win and Big Win, then you will receive points for both events. Example for illustrative purposes only:

If you place a €2 bet and win €500, your win multiplier is 250 (500 / 2 = 250) and marks the start of your winning streak. You will earn 10 points for the first win and 50 points for a big win (a total of 60 points).

If in your next spin you place another €2 bet and win €100, your win multiplier is 50 (100 / 2 = 50), continuing your winning streak. For this second consecutive win, you will earn 20 points for the continued streak and 20 points for the big win (a total of 40 points).

Total points earned: 100 points (10 + 50 + 20 + 20)

• Tournament points reset to zero (0) at the start of every new Daily Tournament.
• If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (bonus/Free Spins) in any participating game (“Bonus Buy”) or place a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet, your Daily Tournament score will be calculated based on the corresponding Bonus Buy or special bet amount. The Bonus Buy will be applicable only to permitted jurisdictions.
• If a bonus/Free Spins feature is triggered during gameplay and you reach the maximum multiplier win before all Free Spins are completed, the remaining Free Spins will be forfeited. The total amount won, including any wins from the initial spin, will count towards your Daily Tournament score.
• If you win a Jackpot in any participating game, the Jackpot win will not be counted for the tournament score.
• If the auto-play feature is in use, it will not be paused or stopped if you navigate away from the in-progress game to view the tournament promotional menu. The auto-play feature will be applicable only to permitted jurisdictions.
• In the event of a tie, players with the same number of tournament points will be ranked based on who achieved the points score first.
• The tournament is updated in real time, allowing you to view the leaderboard, in real-time and in-game at any time of your own choosing when playing the participating games.

PRIZE CONDITIONS AND WINNER SELECTION

• Prizes are awarded based on your final position on the leaderboard at the end of each Daily Tournament.
• Winners are ranked from highest to lowest score.
• The higher your score, the higher your prize.
• Prizes are fixed cash amounts, credited in the player’s local currency.
• Prizes are paid in cash with no wagering requirements.
• All prizes are credited no later than the day following each Daily Tournament.
• In the event of a tie, the player who achieved the score first is ranked higher.

PRIZES

A total of 7,000 prizes will be awarded across the Promotion Term.

• Top prize per tournament is $16,000 cash.
• Daily prize pools are $160,000 (first 3 days), $80,000 (last 4 days).
• Prizes are displayed within the “Prizes” section of the promotional menu in-game.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Participating games include all Pragmatic Play Super Scatter slots, available on desktop, mobile, tablet, and within mini-games in the Bingo rooms.
• Jackpots do not count toward leaderboard points.
• Bonus Buy, Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, and Triple Chance Bet features count toward your score when used.
• If Free Spins are triggered and the maximum multiplier is hit before all spins complete, remaining spins are forfeited. The total win still counts toward your score.
• The leaderboard updates in real time and can be viewed in-game at any time.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time.
• Pragmatic Play may review activity for potential abuse. Any fraudulent or abusive play may result in forfeited winnings and restrictions on future participation.
• In case of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and translations in other languages, the English version prevails.
